Year 6B have been revising their science skills by creating and using classification skills. They sorted a range of sweets using different features and characteristics. Excellent science work Year 6!

Miss Ormerod and Miss Withnell are so proud of all performers- you worked really hard and told the Nativity story beautifully. We would also like to thank all our families who came to watch. 

In PE today year 2 classes joined together for a team building lesson. We played games that could only be won by working together. It was great to watch the children problem solve together and to help each other. 

Reception have been working super hard in preparation for Christmas. We hope we have posted all of your letters! 

Year 2 have been very busy rehearsing our Nativity. We hope you are as excited as we are!

Year 4 observed the effects of freezing, melting and boiling water and could discuss how and why these states of matter change.

3S loved exploring the glockenspiels! We had a lot of fun composing a rendition of jingle bells!

1 Sacrament have been looking out schools in the past and as part of this explored some old toys. The children got the chance to play with a ball and cup as well as a spinning top. It was amazing watching all the children try really hard with the tricky toys!

As part of our science topic 1 Sacrament went into the sensory garden to find any bugs or wild life that might live in our school grounds! We found lots of worms, spiders and ladybirds. The children loved using there magnifying glasses to identify different…

Pupils in Year 5 and 6 enjoyed an afternoon watching the Manactco theatre company perform a KS2 production of A Christmas Carol. Pupils engaged well with the performance making it a splendid introduction to our English unit.
